I love to read about schools and social organizations that are trying to improve the nutrition of their members and education is such a big part of it. But I also have a program particularly with breakfast programs that feature a bowl of commercial cereal, a glass of milk and then a piece of fruit as a healthy option.
Take a better look at the cereal. Most of it is based on grains that are questionable to begin with ( over hybridized wheat, GMO corn) that metabolize to sugar in your system – in some cases even faster than white sugar.
